Our Elite Teams Competing Head-to-Head

The first round was a skills challenge. Each Ninja had one attempt at each of six skills: Cliffhangers, a rope-swing, monkey bars, balance, laches, and the salmon ladder. Round two was head-to-head races. Each ninja ran a race against a ninja on the other team. Finally, five ninjas who scored the most points in the skills challenges on each team raced each other.

The Centennial team started strong in the skills, but Lafayette came back in the races. It came down to the last race, but in the end, Team Centennial held on for the win!

We'll see if Team Lafayette can get revenge next quarter! The competition format may change--our coaches floated the idea of a relay race!--but every ninja on both teams will always get a chance to shine!
