Spirit Night - Fundraising at Ninja Nation

Ninja Nation loves to get involved in our local community! One of the ways we do this is through Spirit Nights! Spirit Nights are the perfect, low cost, low-effort fundraiser for your local school or organization. Just invite the community to have the best time ever at one of our locations! Bring the Spirit Night forms to the participating arena and your group will get 20% of the revenue that you have driven to the Arena that evening. The more forms you turn in from your participants, the more money you earn! Everyone in your organization can participate simply by trying out our world class obstacles and finding their inner ninja.

Ninja Nation will also provide the marketing materials to help contribute to your event’s success!

If you are interested in holding a Spirit Night with Ninja Nation, please click the link below for the application. We also encourage you to read our Spirit Night Agreement prior to completing the application.  We are exclusively focused on assisting schools within a 30-mile radius of our Arenas so that the kids and parents can enjoy our classes and open gym time without too much travel:

• K-12 schools
• Youth community groups with a focus on healthy, active lifestyles

If your request falls into one of these categories and meets the following guidelines, please submit an application below.
Due to the large number of requests we receive, we cannot honor all of them. If your request is approved, we will contact you soon.
 
Application
Please complete the online application form at the link below at the bottom of this page.
 
Minimum Lead Time
Requests must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the event/donation date in order to be considered.  We want you to have enough time to market and hype up the event to maximize the fundraising possibility.
 
Eligibility
Because of our strategy of proactive, long-term engagement, we are no longer accepting unsolicited requests for sponsorship.
We will also not provide charitable support for organizations in the following categories:

• Individuals (scholarships, stipends, fellowships, personal assistance);
• For-profit ventures;
• Religious groups for religious purposes;
• Capital campaigns, endowment funds or memorials;
• Lobbying, political or fraternal activities;
• Individual study, research or travel grants 

Discrimination
Ninja Nation will not support organizations that discriminate against a person or a group on the basis of age, political affiliation, race, national origin, ethnicity, gender, disability, sexual orientation or religious belief.

Spirit Night Agreement

• Advertising the Spirit Day is the organizing parties responsibility.
• Ninja Nation will provide the marketing material/Spirit Night form but it must be distributed by the organizing party.
• The organizing party must communicate to participants that they must mention or physically bring in the Spirit Night form.
• Ninja Nation will electronically tag the order to track sales.
• No solicitation of donations, handing out forms or selling of any outside items are permitted on Ninja Nation property.
• Spirit Day will run from 4pm-7pm on the scheduled day of the event.
• Thursdays are not available for Spirit Days.
• Spirit Days can be rescheduled due to inclement weather, subject to availability.
• Ninja Nation will donate 20% of all tagged sales to the organizing party.
