HERO'S JOURNEY

Welcome to the Sport of Ninja

Our team at Ninja Nation would like to officially welcome you to the family. We are excited to help your Ninja start their journey towards becoming a better version of themselves, and we do this through our unique Development Program. This program consists of 5 class types which are: Obstacle Flow, Climbing and Grip, Balance & Agility, Skills Challenge, and Advanced Class. The classes rotate through week to week ensure the athlete will experience all class types.


Now that you’ve taken the first step in beginning the sport of Ninja, we would like to present a few different pathways to help navigate this journey. 


Age Groups 

  • Juniors:  5-7 years old 
  • Preteen: 8-12 years old 
  • Teen: 13-17 years old 

 

Benefits to Ninja 

Fun Fitness - Community - Perseverance  - Balance - Determination - Learn to fail - Strength - Confidence

Drop-In Ninja

This path is for the individual that likes doing Ninja every once in a while, to play and have fun. 

  • Comes in for Open Gym 2-3 times a month to play on obstacles 
  • Can’t wait to host their Birthday Party at our arena 
  • Utilizes our Ninja Care service during school breaks 
  • Goal: Have fun and stay active 

Everyday Ninja

This path is for athletes that enjoy a fun new way to train and stay active. Competing isn’t a priority but they are looking to get the benefits of Ninja Training. 

  • Attends classes a minimum of 1x/ week 
  • Comes to Open Gym 1x/ week to train and play on obstacles 
  • Can eventually transition to the Pro path as skills and confidence improve 
  • Goal: Have fun and progress in the sport 

Pro Ninja

This path is for an athlete that may be involved in other sports but wants to train and compete in the sport of Ninja. 

  • Attend a minimum of 2 classes a week and participate in weekly Ninja Nights 
  • Comes to Open Gym 1x/ week to train and play on obstacles 
  • May occasionally compete in local competitions 
  • Can eventually get more serious and transition to the Elite path 
  • Goal: All around fitness and growth in the sport to be a better all-around athlete 

Elite Ninja

This path is for the athlete where Ninja is their primary sport. They aspire to compete on ANW Jr./ANW and/or want to compete regionally and nationally.  

  • Attend a minimum of 2 classes a week and participate in weekly Ninja Nights 
  • Competes in local, regional, and national competitions  
  • Utilizes private lessons 
  • Trains at home and comes to Open Gym 1x/ week 
  • Aspire to join the Ninja Nation Elite Team 
  • Goal: Compete in Ninja Comps, join the team and excel in the sport
