Climbing Everest
Training for Tough Mudder

One of the obstacles which will appear in both the Mighty and Mini courses is Everest. It’s a lot like our Warped wall, and Coach K recommends taking the same approach with these three tips:
1: Go full speed
2: Commit
3: Remember to leap for the top!
If you want to train for Everest in one of our arenas, Coach K recommends working your lower body with sprints and squats, and practicing our warped walls.
