All of Ninja Nation's classes are designed to bring out a ninja's full potential. They're for the beginner looking to learn the basics to play and train safely, and for intermediate and seasoned athletes looking to develop their current skill set and take their abilities to the next level.
We have four development classes: Balance and Agility, Climbing and Grip, Skills, and Obstacle Flow. Each class is divided into four age-groups: Junior (5-7), Preteen (8-12), Teen (13-17), and Adult (17+).
Each class starts with stretches and exercises to get the body moving and ready to work.
Then, the different classes move on to the different skills they focus on. Each class will have a few different stations, with challenges and obstacles following the theme of that class. Next will be a conditioning section working on the fitness needed to improve the skills you've been working on, and then kids classes have games which use those skills!
