What experience do I need to become a Ninja Nation gym franchise owner?
You do not need to have experience in the fitness or family entertainment industries to join our team. In addition to having the financial capabilities to invest in a Ninja Nation franchise, general business management experience is important, and prior business ownership or franchise experience is preferred. More than anything, we seek out people who are able to create a member-oriented environment that blends with the Ninja Nation mission, who have leadership abilities and solid communication skills, and who are passionate about healthy lifestyles and have a love for kids. For qualified candidates, we’ll provide the training, tools, and equipment guidelines needed to open a Ninja Nation gym franchise and operate it effectively.

In conjunction with your Grand Opening, representatives of Ninja Nation will spend up to five days assisting you and your staff on-site at your location. We may also offer supplemental and refresher training programs for you and your team. In addition, we will present you with a copy of our confidential operations manual to help run your business properly on a day-to-day basis.
